How To: French Twist Hairstyle

My first instructional hairstyle video. I chose to do a French Twist, because I am about to outgrow this method of doing it. This is for shoulder length hair to about the length my hair is now, depending on your thickness.

I've slowed down every motion that I do in this video to make it easier to follow, but the style actually takes about 30 to 45 seconds to do, ordinarily.

My hair always gets a "wing" on top, on the side that goes "over" the twist (left side in your video), and it looks like yours did as well in this video. How do you handle that "wing"? That's the piece I've never been able to figure out how to deal with to make this hairstyle work...

Linda, thank you. Even if the sides won't fit in, you can still do this style. I did when my hair was shorter. I just let the sides wisp out..
